An estate agent has been sacked from the job she held 'since leaving school' after 'recklessly' glassing a fellow pub-goer who took her to task for eating food from another table.
Hollie Crutchley, 22, threw a gin glass at the woman after she demanded Crutchley pay for a basket of cooked chicken which she had taken from a nearby table.
The victim needed six stitches following the attack at the Wetherspoons owned Wheatsheaf pub in Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent.
Crutchley, who was senior negotiator at Connells Estate Agent in Litchfield, was sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended for 12 months, after admitting a charge of wounding.

Prosecutor Rachel Pennington told Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court that Crutchley was in the Wheatsheaf at 9.30pm on August 14 last year when the incident took place.
She said while in the pub Crutchley and another took a basket of chicken belonging to another customer and ate it.
A woman who worked at the pub - but who was off duty and socialising at the time - suggested that Crutchley should pay for the food.
Miss Pennington said: 'The defendant shouted, "Do you want to go, do you want to go?"
